I used 20 lb dumbells for the walking lunges and we changed up the sit ups each round, but I would double the abs if I did it again.
ReplyDeleteAlso for cardio, instead of run- I did 20 min on bike..1min sprint/on and 1 min easy...alternating sitting and standing for the sprints.
