I am working out with the husband today, so he wanted to do the 300 challenge...the personal trainer for the movie 300 made this challenge for these actors to do to test their fitness level.

25 pull ups (jumping or assisted broken into as many sets as needed)
50 deadlifts
50 push ups
50 box jumps
50 floor wipers
50 KB clean and press
25 pull ups
I know it seems intense, but I am going to try my best and will post comments with any modifications I needed to get the workout done...
Not as bad as I thought it would be, but there were moments of pain :)
ReplyDeleteI broke everything up into as few sets as I could. For the deadlifts I used a 60lb bar. For the floor wipers I held a 40 lb bar straight over my head while laying down. For the KB clean and press, they didn't have KBs at the gym, so I used dumbells and used 20lbs. I was able to do all except the last 5 pull ups, I did jumping pull ups.
Also, my Aunt did the workout with us and replaced the pull ups with lateral pull downs.
