1 min cardio and then 1 min ex:

Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Tip toe cross jumps
High Knees
Weighted Jump Rope

Ex:
Pull ups
Bi Curls
Sit ups
Chair dips
Upright row w/ barbell
