If unable to find the exercise or just have a form question, shoot me a comment and it will automatically email me and I can get back to you as soon as possible. Also, if you do not have certain equipment to do the exercise or have an injury that stops you from doing a certain exercise, again- post a comment and I will get back to you with a modification you can do.

Workout 17- 20min strength and 20min stairmaster

Do each exercise 20 sec work, 10 sec rest for a total of 4 minutes...will take 20 min to do 5 exercises.

Pull ups
Burpees
Split Jumps
Sit ups
Squats (Wall balls if able w/ 20lb ball)

20 min stairmaster...start at lower level adding 2 levels after each 5 min (recommend 7,9,11,13)
