Also, if you do not have certain equipment to do the exercise or have an injury that stops you from doing a certain exercise, again- post a comment and I will get back to you with a modification you can do.

Workout 19- Biking

30 min biking....increasing pace/level every 5 min
       *Shoot to maintain 80-92 rpm the whole time....if have no way of monitoring rpm- time for 15 sec, count everytime your right knee comes up and then multiply the number you get by 4 and that is your rpm count, shooting for 20-23
