Workout 21- Strength and Swim

Strength:

5 X

5 pull
10 Push ups
25 Sit Ups
50 Air squats

Swim:

3 X 25, 50, 75, 75, 50, 25

25=1 length, total = 900

  1. In place of the swimming I am biking because our lake is still too cold. Also, if you are not a strong swimmer you can just do the pyramid once or twice...
